I have an Aunt living there now and I feel like the nurses/aides need to be more attentive. From what ive noticed they are always doing paperwork or on the computer. I think they need to be more hands on. Maybe less patients per nurse and aides.
I do have a special shout out to one of the aides that only works on Fridays.
Her name is Kayla Stevens and every time my Aunt has asked or needed help, she has never told me or her "let me find someone " she has stopped what she was doing and came to help my aunt with what she has needed.

I would give zero stars if possible. This place is a nightmare, my god father was sent here from the hospital for rehabilitation for his legs. It was a nightmare. He developed huge bed sores , they doped him up on morphine and kept him laying in bed. He developed a skin infection from the lack of basic hygiene care.  Poor guy laid in urine and was in pain from the constipation they would not give medication to help.
When I say it’s a nightmare, I truly mean do not send your family here. They will be drugged up and left in bed without any type of rehabilitation that is promised. 24/7 in bed without being turned or rotated then my family member was diagnosed with dementia.  But he does not have Dementia it was them drugging him up on morphine and he came home and now his memory is clear as ever. This is a dumping ground for abuse, neglect and manipulation.
When the concerns were brought to administration nothing was done.
Please go elsewhere, look into these places. I can’t undo what was done to my family but you can choose to prevent this from happening to your family!

If I could give less than one start, I would! My grandfather is currently at this facility for PT after a spinal surgery and a week long hospital stay. The physical therapy has been great, but everything else has been a nightmare. He's only been in the facility for less than a week and the lack of care is astounding. His catheter is supposed to be cleaned daily, but this has yet to happen and we believe he has now developed a UTI. We've asked for a urinalysis for two days and no one has taken action. Multiple employees have complained to us how busy they are as an excuse why things are not getting done. DO NOT send your family members to this facility unless you can stay with them 24/7. We were lead to believe this facility was above others, but that is NOT the case!

Dangerous facility in my opinion.   I’ll highlight what we experienced during mother in laws stay.    1. No working phone to call facility.  Mom had to use her cell at ten at night to tell us that she had dropped her nurse call button because they had no working phone. We traveled there to give her back the nurse call button.   The following day at three in the morning, she called us and asked us to call 911.   She seemed delusional and again we had go to the facility at three in the morning because we couldn’t call because they had no working phone   2.    Leak in hall from ceiling was there for a week with buckets to catch water from ceiling.  Big hazard IMO.   Since we left, I don’t know if it’s been fixed, but I did see patients having to wheel around the buckets while I was there     3.  The famous reply is, I will be right back, but in most instances never did don’t come once they leave unless you go to get them.  If you can find them.    4.  They did not take stats on oxygen pulse or heart at regular intervals.   Mom  continue to get worse and worse.   With  not too much to go on other than our observation of her continued extremely low blood pressure being for several days, we had her transferred back to the hospital. We had to request it. There was no advice, or consultation from the rehab center that prompted this. She wound up in ICU for 5 days.   5.  Check recent reviews.   We chose them based on overall reviews.  When things seemed so terrible our friend pointed out the recent reviews being very very bad on several 6. Please please please be an advocate for your loved ones and be sure they have access to a cell.

One star is too generous.
My mother was sent to Norris rehab on recommendation from a case manager from the hospital and my googling reviews after she was in a car accident that left her unable to walk due to multiple fractures throughout her body.
The first night my mom was brought there, we waited a couple of hours before anyone came to talk to us and then that was only because we asked to see someone several times.  She did not get her medication for 24 hours because they said they never received and I only assume no one bothered to try and find a list or ask us for it.  That first night we were told that sometimes the call lights are not seen nor heard so just yell real loud until we come in there.  That's my first "wow".  The first CNA I came into contact with asked me what it was on her leg (the device holding the bones together) and what she was supposed to do with it.  I had to teach her how to move my mother safely.  I left that night in tears b/c I was scared for my mom.
She was there 3 weeks.  My family and I made sure someone went to visit everyday and we usually stayed a few hours to ease her anxiety.  Her food usually came cold and if she was asleep, she missed the food.  It would be left out for hours and when she would ask for a snack b/c she missed a meal they told her that was not allowed.  We brought her snacks and they would consistently be moved to where she could not reach them.  On a couple of occasions, bed pans full of feces would be left next to her bed or on the sink in the room for hours.  It was usually me that would take the 5 secs to empty the bedpan in the toilet so she and her roommate did not have to sit with it.  Urine soaked towels and sheets were once discovered in the chair next to her bed where people visiting were expected to sit.
During one visit with my brother, he had been there a couple of hours and my mother kept complaining of lower back pain.  The nurse came in and he told the nurse and her reply was basically "I forgot I had her on a bedpan".  Again, he had been there a couple of hours already.
I was there one Sunday and she needed to use a bedpan and we hit the call button not once but multiple times.  I finally had my niece go to the nurse's station and ask where a bedpan was b/c I would do it myself.  She came back and told me the light was on outside her room and all the nurses were on their phones.  When 2 CNAs came into the room my niece saw that the call light had come out of the wall.  One CNA said "oh i knew that.  Just didn't want to fix it" and the other replied "I don't want to be here anyway".  I reported this to management and one man even tested the call light and showed me how when it comes out of the wall the nurses are notified and the light outside her rooms comes on.
At one point she became disoriented and in pain and I asked them to check her urine for a UTI.  It took 10 days and multiple requests before it was done and my mom in fact did have a UTI.  She was supposed to have her wound cleaned and gauze changed regularly by this place.  When she went to a follow-up appointment, the doctor said the odor coming from the infection that had developed in her leg was so strong it was impossible not to notice. She had to have 2 more surgeries.  When the hospital told me that Norris was willing to take her back when it was time to return to rehab my response to the case worker was "Over my dead body will she ever go back there even if I have to quit my job and do it myself".  My mother passed away from sepsis from the infection in her leg.
When back at the hospital it was discovered she had 5 bedsores on her buttocks that was never mentioned to me nor my family and using the bathroom became torture for her.  I have tremendous guilt for agreeing to allow her to come to this rehab and I hope that anyone reading this will think twice and do more research.  I hope that if any management reads this you will do something about your clinical staff.  Several of them, not all, are not to be in the medical field nor helping others who are unable to help themselves.
