You all went above and beyond helping us on Feb 2 monday when we brought my husband Rick Neale by ambulance in the early morning with appendicitis. Ebony and Ivory (👍😊❤️) took such good care of us. We will never forget you all including the ambulance crew and med evac that took us to Torrance Medical. Everyone was caring and helpful at a time when Rick and I were on vacation and scared to death with a serious medical emergency. Love to you all. Libbie Neale

Went to this E.R. yesterday due to panick attacks on a cruise. I was having severe anxiety and the staff here were very comforting and helpful. From the front desk to the nurse and the Dr. All of them made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I left the E.R. with confidence and was able to make it back to Long Beach with no panick attack.  Thank you to all the staff here.  They are a prime example of what treatment should look and feel like. Thanks again.

I have been an injured patient, gone there for therapy and needed assistance regarding work related matters from the ER Staff.  The ER doctors, nurses and staff have been great.  The attending physicians recommended therapy for injuries instead of surgeries, which was a huge relief to me.  The two physical therapist Natalie and Patrick are OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!  I had injuries that were painful and debilitating.  I knew they were going to require surgery or make me slow down.   As a result of the care and therapy I received, I am healthy and stronger than I have been in years.  I have nothing but praise and respect for CIMC staff.  I have been a patient off and on because of injuries since October of 2018.

Just flew home on helicopter from Catalina. I fell on the rocky beach and dislocated my hip, the EMT and firefighters, safely got me into some kind of a sling, be ever so cautious of the pain I was in, into the ambulance and to the hospital, 2 bed dept. Dr. Ron and nurse Melissa were FANTASTIC!!! reassured me, and got my hip back in place, which of course helped with the horrible pain. All the boats had already left, they arranged for helicopter to my hospital for my ortho dr. to treat. I can not say enough of how wonderful, professional and reassuring they were. Teeny tiny little hospital but huge hearted staff. Thank you to the best team and treatment I have had the pleasure of experiencing.

I was visiting Catalina with my boyfriend awhile back, and during our first night I became extremely nauseous to the point where I was vomiting for over half an hour, after just a couple gin and tonics (I knew something was wrong, and that it couldn't have been just the alcohol). It was so bad my boyfriend called for an ambulance. I'll never forget the horrible experience I had with the physician. He shamed me, told me I was a waste of everyone's time, a stupid drunk girl who didn't deserve his attention. When I got back to LA a couple days later, I had to have an emergency surgery for a LIFE THREATENING condition that cost me half an organ and potentially my ability to have children. The doctor misdiagnosed me, wasn't thorough, and humiliated me in front of other staff members. My surgeon in LA said if it had been caught just slightly earlier, a full removal would not have been necessary. This was the worst experience I have ever had, and I am to this day outraged at the way I was treated, and the loss I suffered as I result of this one man. I was sent bills for months, reminding me of this nightmare, even after paying for everything. I highly recommend avoiding this medical facility if possible!
