There are not enough positive adjectives to describe our first experience at Cincinnati Children’s.
EVERY SINGLE person we came in contact with here were positive, kind, and personable. I’m not exaggerating when I say everyone!!! The cleaning crew, the meal prep crew, the security guards, the doctors, the nurses, the medical transport personnel, the receptionist…..and others I’m sure I’ve left off.
The care our son received was incredible.
We will NOT hesitate to recommend Cincinnati Children’s Hospital to those seeking medical help and we will not hesitate to make the drive if ANY of our children need medial care in the future.
Thank you Cincinnati Children’s for taking such good care of our boy!!

Emily Wells, Anna Steffan, and the entire speech therapy team at the Anderson location of Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center are truly exceptional.

Not only did they improve my speech-delayed daughter’s quality of life — they improved our entire family’s quality of life. Their compassion, expertise, and dedication were evident in every interaction.

Anna recognized that PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System) worked best for my daughter, and once it was introduced, everything started clicking for her. Watching that breakthrough was something we will never forget.

We are incredibly grateful for the support, patience, and encouragement we received throughout this journey. If your child needs speech therapy, you are in excellent hands with this team.

1 year and 3 months in and my experience has been horrible. The last few months as we stay in the TCC. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this unit at all! We have now moved to the Liberty Campus which is a bit better. But between Cincinnati Children's and their Ronald McDonald House of Cincinnati. They should be investigated! My son was hit in the TCC by a nurse and I had to file a report in which I hear she's back as they relocated us. Once relocated I began to have issues with the Ronald McDonald House. So if staying there the partnership between them and the hospital is beyond a mess! So if doing a long stay minimize what you bring and be sure to beep in every day. I pray that families with long stays get better treatment and stay with your child on days when they are understaffed. You will have incidents and depending on your director you might get something done. The TCC needs a new one it's the worse unit in the entire hospital and you will have issues constantly there. New staff in the unit is needed. You'll quickly learn who the silent angels are and bless those few.

First and foremost, I would give Children's Hospital Emergency Room, Cincinnati Ohio a 10 rating if you had one.

To the staff at Children's Hospital ER, I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for the care and support you all provided for my daughter, Adrianna. Your commitment to your patients is truly admirable.

This was our first Emergency Room visit to Childrens Hospital and Adrianna's first admission into any hospital, which can be very scary for any child.

Everyone from the Food Services Personnel, Aids, Nurses, and Doctors were absolutely amazing.

I am grateful for your unwavering  dedication and exceptional support everyone provided during my daughters stay  at your hospital.

My son has been fighting an aggressive wound caused by an extremely painful staple removal at Central Baptist. The year thereafter has compounded with Staph (MRSA), additional stitches procedure and constant oral+topical antibiotics tough on the immune system. While it cannot be proven the true source of this battle, we have seen every pediatric specialist possible, waited on referrals and managed records with insurance providers. It has been pressing on my son’s standard of living as well as 2 working parents who work to make ends meet and the time pulled away from family to keep momentum. We are forever grateful to finally end up in the hands on Cincinnati children’s Pediatrics with Dr. Tolley and sweetest Emma. At this stature of healthcare, the prep and research time is arguably expected but what sets one provider from another is delivery. Empathy, expertise, balance, comfort, promising, compassion… That’s why I write this. The end to end experience from check in to departure was seamless and the peace of mind we have needed for so long. If anyone has read this far, don’t wait. Go as soon as you can because it’s game changing. Thank you Emma and Dr. Tolley. We are actually excited to see you next time.
