This was a VERY good experience for me being a first time surgery patient at the age of 43. I was scared out of my mind. Didn't know what to expect. My nurse Grace was just about as pleasant as nurse as you could possibly want. If you're lucky enough to have her at your bedside, you're stay will be way more pleasant. I don't know if I would have made it through this without having such a great nurse. Grace, thank you so much for everything. This hospital is beyond lucky to have you here.

I had a great experience at Highland Park Hospital this week. Everyone; from the talented nurse team to doctors, PA’s, food service…kind, smart and committed. Special thanks to Jen, Stephanie and Beata who went out of their way to make my visit extra comfortable. Impressed! Thanks to all!

The negative reviews are confusing to me. My wife has been here several times recently in the icu and across the hallway. Absolutely everyone from the doctors and nurses were wonderful. I wish I knew the others names they were so nice. Two nurses really stood out though, one lady from the icu (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name). And Mackenzie from the second floor. You deserve the recognition for being the best of the best. Seeing such a drastic positive change after you had her was very encouraging for me when I needed it most. Thank you all so much.

HPH was exceptional to my husband who just had surgery there. The doctors, nurses, staff have all been wonderful and friendly helping him and treating him with the best care. Thank you so much for being the best. Seriously don't know why their score is so low.

This hospital is Highly unprofessional. I waited 12 hours in the emergency room just for the room to be dirty. The staff is terrible they are literally no help. They tell you you’re on a waiting list but don’t tell you they pick who they want to come back by “severity”. This is the kicker though after waiting 12 hours for a room to open up. I finally get to the back and see nurses just sitting around doing nothing and rooms completely open. Then after all that the cna Bridgette had the nerve to try to have an attitude Like I was even talking to her.

I do not recommend this place they don’t value human life only currency.
