W place ngl the staff treat you well if you treat them well, the kids are mainly nice if your nice they can be loud though the groups are cool, and their opening a new middle school unit in the residential  and ill be going there in a week and a half and I’ll see how it is and rate that to…..

Great environment. Most of the staff are amazing, with the occasional subpar staff member. Food is good and homemade. Therapists are good, professional, and focused on treatment. All around a good place if you need help.

This was perfect! I was an in-patient for 6 days from Jan 8, 2026 to Jan 14, 2026. I was in the 3900 unit. Erica was great to me, btw, Love you Erica! Thanks to you guys, I'm doing great!

Although my daughter has been here three times, each has been a God send. I’ve had nothing but amazing interactions with staff. I see a lot of reviews saying the food was bad, but my daughter says it’s hit or miss. You can’t please people all the time and sometimes she says it’s really good. If there’s an incident on the unit I always get a call letting me know even if my kid was not involved. Her therapist is extremely responsive and genuinely cares and listens to our concerns. Kiddos to you Jenna S! Dr Hoffman has also been an amazing physician. He communicates everything, listens to our concerns, and answers our questions in language we understand. My daughter loves the staff and the staff love her. Why? Because she stays out of the drama and doesn’t start or interact with fights. What goes around comes around, right? Life is always a work in progress and no one will ever leave cured but Shodair has always been there for us when it gets tuff.
