Today was my first experience with Silver Cross.  Every person I came into contact with was kind and caring.

Dr. Kaz, Dr. Lee, Wendy, Lisa, Sarah, Barbara, Becky, Maddie, and LaShonda were all rockstars.  Beautiful facility and I felt so safe in their care.  They laughed with me and kept me feeling great about the experience.   10/10, if I had another uterus I would get it taken out here also! 🤣

During a recent Emergency Room visit, I was greeted by friendly staff that directed me to the right area. From there friendly, courteous nurses evaluated my needs and got the correct testing ordered. It was an early weekday visit so waiting times were minimal. During the visit, the nursing staff checked on me periodically. They also offered kind assurances that that I would be fine. I was well treated and staff explained everything that was going on with my case and how to best handle it. I was not pushed to stay for observation or to go to for tests that were not necessary. Overall it was a great experience.

I received very good service. I particularly wish to mention an outstanding nurse named Sarah who was my nurse on February 16th and 17th. She is absolutely amazing! She’s personable, professional, knowledgeable and truly cares. Two other great nurses were Liz, who went above and beyond when I had a difficult night, as well as Michelle who was also great.

They are as follows:   Kylie  (Tuesday and Wednesday) a very caring person and great personality
Natalia (Wednesday and Thursday) demonstrates her caring spirit and a great personality
Whitney (Thursday) also demonstrates her caring spirit and with a great personality
I wish that I was could remember her name.  She was the one that took care of me on Friday and helped me to get ready to go home.   She made sure that I was ready and had everything thing I needed to take care of myself when I got home.  She also had a caring spirit and a great personality.

From check-in to release, every member I encountered was caring and professional. I am from out of town and in the area for a funeral. The team took extra care to make sure I was completely taken care of quickly so not to miss the services. Special thanks to Chris H ER nurse. He made a bad situation more than tolerable. Kind, compassionate, and even enjoyable while being very thorough with instructions.
