I had an excellent experience at outpatient surgery.  It was very organized.  I didn’t have to wait very long to be taken back to a room.  Everyone I came in contact with were friendly and helpful and caring.  The whole experience from admission to OR to recovery to discharge was excellent.  My husband received calls every step of the way during my procedure so he was kept up to date as to what was happening with me.

Outstanding visit.  I walked in to a smiling receptionist!  I se down and was admitted within five minutes. Ron, came and got me for my room to get ready for the operation. Ron, was great with helping wis knowledge and kindness. Next the nurses (Cindy and Taylor) prepared me for surgery, they were very nice and caring.  Lindsey (CRNA), rolled me into the operating room. She was motivated and funny. She put me at ease for what was coming. I woke up in the recovery room and nurse Julie was waiting. My day could have not went any better. Special thanks to Dr tagle a true Professional.

I was apprehensive about having surgery at Anderson from previous experiences, however, I can no longer say the same. I had an excellent experience from the gal who checked me in, to my awesome preop nurse MIA!! MIA was the highlight of my visit. Her attention to detail was noticed and very much appreciated. She deserves a 100 Daisy awards. My OR staff were hilarious and made me very comfortable, thank you for the warmed operating table and great atmosphere, including the tunes when you guys brought me in. I was on the verge of tears being scared to death but my CRNA Brittany was ready and got me laughing again before I moved to the table , probably the great meds she gave me!  She anticipated me well. My recovery team of Gina, Bethany and Steven were awesome too. Attentive to pain and nausea. I really appreciate the jovial and fun attitudes. Very professional but still calming and human. My thoughts have been forever changed. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience with everyone I came in contact with. What could have been a very hectic and stressful day. Went very well. I started with a call for a cancelation. But I was already on my way. I was greater with the nicest ladies who got me signed right in. When back in prep I explained my fears of extreme pain and how in the past surgery they had issues with IVs. And yet again they agreed an IV was going to be an issue. Peyton said she'd give it one shot and she'd ask for someone else if she couldn't. That's when Mia came in and boy was she a hoot. She said I was her first tiny needle of the day. Down came anesthesiologist and we was ready to go. But oops a mamma needed a C-section. So he had to run to help her. About 20min later we hear the beautiful lullaby play across the loud speaker. And I announce oh we have our baby and I'll be on my way in about 15min. Sure enough I was given my calming meds and don't remember wheeling down the hall. I woke moments later (3hrs) haha and was pain free and I'm 2 days post op. And I have no bruising or pain. Dr. Skillington and the team at Anderson was fantastic. They met all my fears and needs 100%. They kept me chatting so no time to get anxious. They checked on me the following morning also. I met not a single grumpy person. I had FESS sinus surgery where they cleaned out all my sinus and removed turbinate and ethmoid cells and polyps. You can't even tell I had anything done in the 2 days post op photo in red shirt

I have so often had bad experiences at hospitals. Had to have a colonoscopy at Anderson and was apprehensive about it. Not my first one by the way. It was just me. Morgan put me at ease and helped me to get warm as I get very cold easy. All the staff was so kind. Anderson seems to have gotten so much kinder over time and tries to put you at ease. Great staff and great visit even for a colon test. Five stars!!
