I was absolutely amazed by the staff during one of the hardest and exciting moments of my life. I'm so happy I chose to deliver my first baby at this hospital. I truly felt the love and care from this staff. I'll never be able to repay everyone that helped me through my rough labor/ unplanned C-section. Thank you again. You all were amazing!

Memorial Hospital does not deserve even one star. What they did to my mother the last month of her life haunts me. I was threatened I would be arrested if I didn't stand down with insisting on seeing "the boss" after they denied my mom her family in the room when she passed. Her last rights were stolen from her by Memorial hospital. How much money did Memorial hospital get to follow COVID rules? Look it up and come back and post it here please. For money and absurd rules you robbed my mother and her family. I will never forget!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Up front, will say the nursing staff were top notch, and did everything in their power to make my loved one's stay as comfortable as possible. That said, would not recommend this hospital. The "head" doctor of a certain department was rude as hell, insulted the patient to their face, and actually blamed their weight as the to why they were here in the first place. Order tests that were not needed, discharge us, not telling us what was actually wrong,  only for us to come up 2 days later to the ER (again) to finally get a surgeon  that was like "Oh why would they do that? You clearly need surgery." Thankfully that procedure went well, but the journey to that result was a nightmare and made our hospital stay much longer than it should have.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The situation I was in was completely awful and I was an out of state patient as well, but these angels treated me better than doctors and nurses I’ve known/seen my whole life. Dr. Michael, anesthesiologists Mark and Kristin, and nurses Cassie, Denise, Crissa, Lonna, Susan, Haleigh (not sure if she’s a nurse, but she was one of the sweetest people I’ve met), and all of the nurses in the OBED department and the post-op recovery room are just incredible and amazing human beings. I have never felt or seen the level of response to the patient’s needs/feelings, compassion, and (something I think is incredibly important and rare) ability to read the room and understand where your patient is at emotionally and not exacerbate those emotions. Their response to patient pain levels is also off the freaking charts. I’ve never experienced a medical encounter where they actually cared that I was in so much pain before this.  I understand people can have other experiences for coming in under different circumstances, but I have never received care to this degree and honestly I don’t expect to in my home state. This place is incredible.

Went in for a scan and it was pretty quick and efficient. Was called back within minutes and no BS
