My daughter gave birth to a beautiful baby girl at lake region fergus falls. In healthcare myself, I was very impressed with the OB service here. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive putting my daughter at ease. Loved the experienced perspective from Hannah and Patti. Loved the energy brought by the newer nurse from Georgia. Midwife Heather was absolutely amazing, supporting my daughter's desire for a VBAC yet ensuring the safety of both momma and baby. Her bedside manner was amazing. She put as much control as possible in my daughter's hands and supported her birth wishes. I am surprised and thankful this type of birthing service is so close to home and right in fergus.

This is a well run clinic that you can trust! Right at the door people will greet you and help you get where you need to go. All the staff I have interacted with have been very professional and compassionate. It feels like they really care about you! The clinic is very clean.

Dr. Money saved my life. There were so many beautiful people in my case that I have to give credit to, but without Dr. Money, I wouldn’t have had a chance. I was transferred to Essencia Health in Fargo where they airlifted me to the U in St. Paul. They asked me if I wanted DNR, cpr, or all the bells and whistles. Would have never had a chance without Dr. Money. I owe him and so many my life. Thanks again for EVERYTHING 🥲

The only reason I’m giving this place two stars is because the doctor I had was genuinely funny. The facility itself is nice, but unfortunately, the staff needs improvement across the board—from the billing department to the doctors. I shouldn’t have to wake up from anesthesia and immediately point out that my compound fractured leg is being set incorrectly. If I were in a life-threatening situation, I would still request to be transferred to Fargo.

There are 3 doctors in this hospital that I trust Schnurer, Borowski, and Johnson. They are the only reason why I will continue to go there… but getting rid of Norgard was the worst mistake this hospital could have made. Especially over some ridiculous wanna be gyn family practice doc… whom not a single person I know would trust with a cough, let alone their pregnancy. He saved my baby’s life and mine by a stat section. To say he calls sections inappropriately is asinine. He cares about his patients and has always put them first. I worked with the man and doctored with him… and I travel over an hour to continue to see him. As do several other women. He’s the best doctor I’ve ever had, or worked with. And everybody knows this. Which is why the ob patients are dwindling. I will never utilize that woman that this ridiculous place replaced him with. I hope the power’s that be recognize their screw up, but obviously with the financial troubles that they put the hospital in, they will probably just blame everyone else. Because that’s what terrible people do. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I’m horrified by the treatment of a beloved doctor who gave his everything to a place who threw him away like a piece of trash.
