I came to the emergency room this morning with flank pain and severe hip pain , initially thinking I might be having kidney stones. The providers, including Dr. Zachary and the medical student Page , really took their time to thoroughly evaluate and care for me. The staff at this hospital was exceptional—one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a medical setting. The overall care was excellent, and I was sent home with antibiotics and clear instructions. Thank you all for your compassion and dedication—you truly made a difference.

The ICU team provided incredible care for my father during one of the hardest times our family has faced. The nurses were attentive, calm, and compassionate, and would take the time to explain what was happening so we were never left confused or worried without answers.

They treated him with dignity and respect
Hu at all times, and they also took care of our family — checking in on us, answering questions, and making sure we understood each step. Small things, like their patience and reassurance, made a very big difference.

We are sincerely grateful for the professionalism, skill, and kindness shown by the entire ICU staff. Their care brought comfort and stability to a situation that could have easily felt overwhelming.

I was in immense severe pain in the emergency room and there was no room, so I was aching and sobbing for almost an hour. My results are taking very long from two nights ago, so I don't have any prescription for my severe pain I've been experiencing. We ended up leaving because it wasn't gonna get anywhere and go to a different emergency room.

I had heart bypass recently.   Surgery went well I appreciate the Dr's and thier experience and the nurses and assistants are wonderful . The food here is pretty good as well for hospital food goes.  I wish the Dr's spent more time on rounds but I know they are busy.   Now the bad.  The exit placement services department are the worst.   I was expelled and told if I didn't agree I could appeal.  Period.   They don't care about sending you some place that cannot handle your care they just care about referral bonuses to TCUS.  I asked why I could not go to a facility close to my home or dialysis units i was told there was just no facility that would take me due to my size.  I asked why would you not expand the search?? It's because they don't want to they get bonuses i believe to pack people into these places and just forget about them.   Don't mind north and a facility but the service department are not advocated for the patients.

I was a bit worried because of the many bad reviews this hospital has, but after taking a look on the comments it looks like people are mad that Doctors and Nurses couldn't make the impossible happen. Anyways, my wife delivered our baby at this hospital and I must tell you that the staff was amazing, including Dr. Nisly, our Nurses Marissa who's on the Nighshift and an angel, took great care of my wife and baby, also Sydney on the morning shift who helped us a lot as well, everytime we had a question they guided us and made us feel well cared.
Another thing to mention is that we didn't need to change from room to room after the delivery we stayed at the same room, which helped us a lot as well to feel good and like comfortable.
